About Me:
Traveller, adventurer, lover of art and music, and content creator. Hi!
I was born on a very small Island off the coast of British Columbia, Canada. I’ve always had a huge love for the outdoors and for building community, and I think having a childhood in such an incredible place is a big reason behind this. I have a BSc. (hons) in Psychology, and am equally passionate about wellness and mental health. I am a firm believer that pushing ourselves in the outdoors and through travel is one of the best happiness-fuelers in the world!
